We went for our colonics yesterday. It wasn't as bad as we thought. A little uncomfortable, but no worse than a Gyn visit.
It was amazing seeing all the junk come out and the GAS!
Afterwards, both of our bellies were flatter than they've been in years!
We go again on 12/22. I'm curious to see how much more of a difference it will make.
I see an after-Christmas shopping spree in my future....
